John Clinton (“Clint”) Hines, P.E., president and owner of the firm, has over a decade of licensed professional experience in the application of mechanically stabilized earth technology.  With extensive experience in geosynthetics, retaining wall construction and geotechnical design consulting, Clint has a unique background that offers clear focus not only on effective design solutions, but also a practical  knowledge of construction cost yielding an uncommon efficiency and cost effectiveness in the designs created by his firm.
