When modifications to the plans are required, you won’t be surprised with excessive re-design fees and unreasonable delays. We are here to help get the job done.
All our design work is completed in accordance with established national design standards and local building codes. Each final design completed by JC Hines & Associates includes complete internal and external analysis, compound stability and deep-seated global stability, seismic analysis, bearing capacity and drainage considerations. Rapid draw-down and translational sliding calculations are also included as appropriate to specific site conditions
Our construction drawings are fully dimensioned and detailed so the crew in the field never needs a scale to interpret the plans. We present our drawings in large format 24” X 36” Architectural D size at highly visible scale. We also include complete installation specifications on the drawings to further reduce the opportunity for construction error.
