All our design work is completed in accordance with established national design standards and local building codes. Each final design completed by JC Hines & Associates includes complete internal and external analysis, compound stability and deep-seated global stability, seismic analysis, bearing capacity and drainage considerations. Rapid draw-down and translational sliding calculations are also included as appropriate to specific site conditions.
Our construction drawings are fully dimensioned and detailed so the crew in the field never needs a scale to interpret the plans. We present our drawings in large format 24” X 36” Architectural D size at highly visible scale. We also include complete installation specifications on the drawings to further reduce the opportunity for construction error.
